Welcome to Céu Restaurant & Bar - a culinary haven tucked away in the heart of Faro, Portugal.

Established in February 2022 by a passionate young chef where his background inspires every dish, ensuring a taste experience like no other.


At Céu, we pride ourselves on crafting a unique culinary fusion, blending the vibrant flavors of South America and AsiaWe cater especially to those embracing a gluten-free lifestyle, using only the highest quality ingredients in every creation. about the Chef

How It All Began

Chef Sky, born & raised in Curaçao with Indonesian roots, began his culinary career in 2018 when he studied at the Culinaire Vakschool in Groningen and obtained his level 2 Culinary Diploma.

Following that, he ventured to United Kingdom, where he completed his Level 4 Professional Chef's Diploma and graduated with honours from the Ashburton Chef's Academy.

After working for a one-Michelin star restaurant and a large 5-star hotel, he brings you a taste of his two different sides of the world, South America and Asia.

Sky's carefully-crafted, gluten-free menu, accentuates the uniquely exquisite flavours that have come to define Restaurant Céu.
